Important Notice – New Concept & Refund Process

We would like to inform you that starting from April 1, Barutana is transitioning to a new
concept of operation based exclusively on private group sessions from 8+ participants.

In line with this change, individual visits, memberships, and previous forms of access will no
longer be available.

We understand that some of our guests hold gift cards or active memberships, and we want
this transition to be handled in a fair and transparent manner.

All gift cards and memberships will be fully refunded.

Refund requests can be submitted within 3 months from the date of this notice. Our team will
provide you with all necessary details and assist you throughout the process.
