GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. General Provisions

Barutana operates on the basis of private, pre-booked sessions, designed as a premium VIP experience for groups of a minimum of 8+ participants.

By making a reservation at Barutana Shooting Range, the customer confirms that they are familiar with and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

If a reservation is made on behalf of a group, the person making the reservation is responsible for informing all participants of these Terms.

A reservation is considered valid only after written confirmation via email.

2. Reservations

2.1. Reservations are made exclusively through the website, by filling in all the necessary data provided in the reservation form. In order for the reservation to be successfully recorded, it is necessary to enter correct and complete data. The reservation is considered confirmed only after the payment has been made.
2.2 Changes or cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, via email at [email protected].
2.3 Changes (number of participants, packages, date, time) are possible within 72 hours after reservation confirmation.
2.4 Changes within 24 hours before the scheduled session are not possible and are not guaranteed.
2.5 Delays longer than 15 minutes may result in cancellation of the reservation.
2.6 Proof of reservation may be requested upon arrival.
2.7 Barutana reserves the right to adjust weapon availability due to operational or technical reasons.
2.8 These Terms are automatically accepted upon reservation confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are per person and per package. Package sharing is not allowed.
3.2 Custom packages can be created (from 6 up to 8 different weapons per group).
3.3 Prices include all costs: protective equipment, safety briefing, ammunition, targets, instructor supervision, and VAT.
3.4 Prices are fixed after confirmation, with no hidden costs.
3.5 Additional shooting is available subject to availability and additional payment.
3.6 Payment is made after the session, by cash or card.

4. Safety

4.1 Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
4.2 Protective equipment is mandatory.
4.3 All participants must follow instructor instructions at all times.
4.4 Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
4.5 Any damage caused will be charged accordingly.
4.6 Entry is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
4.7 Smoking is strictly prohibited.

5. Age Restrictions

5.1 Participation is allowed only for individuals aged 18+ and above.
5.2 Minors are not allowed on the premises, including as spectators.

6. Photography and Recording

6.1 Photography is allowed after the session.
6.2 During shooting, it is allowed only with instructor approval.

7. Legal Notice

All participants must present a valid identification document (ID card or passport).

8. Conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

9. Refund

In the event of a refund of funds by a user who previously made a payment using one of the Payment Cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, if the refund is possible in accordance with the law, the Platform is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, DinaCard, American Express and MasterCard/Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the Platform, refund the funds to the Payment Card user’s account.
