GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – SHOOTING RANGE

To participate in recreational shooting at the “BARUTANA” shooting range and to book a desired time slot, you must agree to the following terms:

  1. General

By making a reservation, our guests automatically accept our Terms and Conditions of Use. If someone is booking for or on behalf of others, it is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to inform all participants about these terms.

To complete a reservation, please fill out the information in our reservation form: number of participants, selected packages, date, and the contact details of the person making the reservation (email and phone number). If all mandatory fields are not filled out, the reservation will not be processed. Reservations are considered final only after we confirm them in writing (via email).

  1. Reservation

2.1 Reservations can only be made through the website.
2.2 Accurate personal information must be provided when making a reservation.
2.3 Reservations can be freely modified or canceled in writing up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by emailing us at [email protected]. For confirmed reservations received via email, any changes or cancellations are not valid until you receive written confirmation from us.
2.4 Changes can be made within 72 hours of the confirmed reservation and may include: number of participants, selected packages, date or time of the scheduled session.
2.5 Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation. We reserve the right to proceed according to the original booking in such cases.
2.6 Since we do not charge in advance, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and you may wait for the next available slot.
2.7 Confirmation of the reservation or the name under which the booking was made may be requested upon arrival and document verification.
2.8 We reserve the right to change the availability of weapons due to unavailability. In such cases, scheduled packages may be modified or canceled with prior notice and user consent.
2.9 These terms are automatically accepted upon booking.

  1. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Package prices are listed on our website and are per person. Sharing a package is not allowed – each package is strictly for one person.
3.2 Custom Packages – You can build your own package by selecting up to five different weapons per person from our range. Each selected weapon and used ammunition is charged separately according to the current price list. There are no limits on weekdays, but on weekends, the maximum is five weapons per person.
3.3 Our prices are fixed, per person and per package, and include 20% VAT and all costs related to the shooting experience, including but not limited to: safety equipment (eye and ear protection), rental of the range, weapons and equipment, mandatory safety briefing, ammunition, targets, and continuous supervision by a shooting instructor.
3.4 We guarantee that prices will not change after written confirmation and that there will be no hidden costs related to confirmed packages. After the initial package shooting is completed, additional shooting is possible by choosing from our available options. Additional requests different from confirmed reservations are subject to availability, safety considerations, and other factors.
3.5 Payment is made after the shooting session, in cash or by card.

  1. Safety

4.1 Participation in shooting at the “Barutana” shooting range is at your own risk.
4.2 Protective gear is mandatory and provided by the range.                                   
4.3 “Shooting Range Barutana” assumes no liability for injuries sustained on-site.
4.4 All participants must accept and follow the range rules posted at the facility, follow the instructions of the instructors, and respect the basic rules of firearm safety.
4.5 Damage to property or equipment caused intentionally or due to improper use may be charged on the spot by the range staff.
4.6 Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those displaying inappropriate behavior, will be asked to leave the premises.
4.7 Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility.

  1. Age Restrictions

5.1 Participation in shooting is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and over.
5.2 In addition to the person shooting, one person may participate as an observer.
5.3 Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate, even as observers.

  1. Photography and Video Recording

6.1 Photography is allowed after the shooting session.
6.2 Video recording and photography during shooting may be allowed with instructor approval, especially when there are multiple participants.

Legal Disclaimer

As a legal requirement, all guests wishing to participate in recreational shooting must be at least 18 years old and must present a valid ID or passport.
